KPMG Cambodia Ltd. is currently seeking for qualified and motivated candidate to work in our Shared Services Department with the following position:


Job Description: 

• Work closely with the central PPC team in developing and implementing the People programs, processes, and tools in all topics, from Learning & Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, People Engagement and Compensation & Benefits

• Provide advice to top managements on labor laws and ensure the Firm's compliance with Cambodian Labour Laws;
• Maintain a clear, efficient and accurate records for all PPC data & transactions.
• Handle employee relations, investigations and reporting
• Develop and deliver presentations on various PPC topics for the leadership team
• Contribute to wider PPC projects & drive business performance through the delivery of People strategy

Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for key business units across the firm to include:

• Obtaining necessary approval for requisitions and agreeing the recruitment process with individual hiring partners
• Proactively attracting and sourcing candidates directly via a range of methods to include but not limited to: websites, social media and internal systems
• Promoting the employee referral scheme with a view to increasing the number of hires from this source
• Developing a detailed understanding of professional services, specifically the roles and business units assigned
• Provide drafting job descriptions and ads, posting job ads, screening and short--‐listing candidates, arranging and conducting competency based tests/interviews, reference check and offer successful candidates
• Providing timely feedback to candidates, hiring managers and relevant parties
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key universities and recruitment agencies
• Ensuring a smooth on-boarding process for newly hired employees and proactive candidate management to ensure they are engaged early and throughout

Compensation and benefits

• Analyzing and reviewing total compensation and benefit programs in the region and recommending changes and improvements
• Executing compensation & benefits policies, ensuring compliance and competitiveness
• Partnering the business to improve and fine-tuning programs to suit business needs.
• Coaching PPC and local management on compensation and benefits philosophy, positioning and practices.
• Conducting studies of compensation practices and market rates, analyzing internal and external pay equities, making recommendations for specific changes and/or general adjustments

Job Requirment:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in human resources development, business management or other related disciplines
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in delivering management skills training, recruitment and people talent managment
• Strong understanding of HR analytics, psychometrics, and key performance indicators
• Proven consulting and relationship management skills to build credibility and enduring relationships with business leaders locally and globally
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and prove ability to deliver at Executive level
• Mature and possess a strong sense of responsibility
• Mobile and willing to travel
• Solutions-driven while maintaining wider perspective
• Work well under pressure
• High degree of personal maturity and professional roundedness
