Leah has vast experience in bilateral and multi-donor programme and fund management. As country portfolio director for Kenya at IDAS, one of her key contributions is in financial management and portfolio analysis.

She uses her experience in working with project teams, local communities, civil society and the private sector alike to bring insights on effective programme management, including institutional strengthening, performance improvement and capacity building.
