国税庁 - グループ通算制度に係る通達の趣旨説明（主要制定項目以外の項目）の公表
国税庁は3月29日、9月30日付で発遣された「グループ通算制度に関する取扱通達の制定について（法令解釈通達）」のうち、主要制定項目（「グループ通算制度に関する取扱通達の主要項目について」に挙げられている通達）以外の通達について、その趣旨を取りまとめた趣旨説明を公表しました。
