We have set out in this e-Tax News outline of the Administrative Guidelines, Explanation of the Purpose of the Administrative Guidelines and Q&As reflecting the transitional measures to allow the preservation of output documents of electromagnetic records related to the transaction information of electronic transactions for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2023.
