After starting his career as a system engineer at a major Korean company, he had experienced large-scale program and project management composed of multi-site and multi-national teams at a global consulting firm in Japan, mainly for system implementation, legacy renewal, and IT outsourcing projects for major financial institutions. After joining KPMG Consulting in 2015, he has provided consulting in a wide range of domains such as company-wide business reform promotion support, IT operation model improvement support, system planning / implementation support, and IT due diligence and PMI support in corporate acquisitions in cross-border projects for companies that mainly develop business globally such as pharmaceutical companies, major automobile companies, financial institutions, etc. Currently, he is the leader of the bilingual team in charge of global projects in the Technology Transformation Unit, and the representative of KPMG Global Technology Consulting in Japan.
Responsible domain: In charge of overall cross-border projects such as IT strategy formulation and operating model reform, company-wide DX promotion, IT due diligence and PMI support associated with M&A, business reform and system concept and planning support for global companies.
