Yoshihide Takehisa

Yoshihide joined Asahi and Co. in 1990 and servedtrading companies andmanufacturing companies for audit and due diligence. Yoshihide has moved to the Public Sector division in 2000 and has served Japan Post, National universities, independent administrative institutions and special public institutions for audit and advisory. Yoshihide was promoted to a Partner in 2003. Yoshihide was appointed to Board Member and the Head of Public Sector, managing the Public Sector business in Japan. Yoshihide has knowledge and skills in accounting, audit and internal control on Japanese Public Sector, including Defence, such as; advisory service on incorporation of post business andpaper currency maker business; advisory service on privatization of post business; audit for post business privatized corporation; audit for trading company whose business includes procurement of military equipment; audit partnerof Japan Post Group (Japan Post Holdings, Japan Post Office, Japan Post Bank and Japan Post Insurance), Institute of Physical and Chemical Research and Taiheiyo Cement Corporation; advisory and audit on the conversion into the public company regarding Japan Post Office; audit and advisory on the public sector, including governmental institution, trading company, manufacturing company and financial institution.
