Hiroshi joined KPMG Osaka (former Eiwa Audit Corporation) in 1985, involved with audit engagement and Global Management consulting project. Seconded to New York Office from 1992 to 1995. During his 25 years career, Hiroshi has mainly worked with global manufacturing Japanese clients through various type of advisory project, including; Designing new organizational structure to fit the multi-national business model, Building Internal control procedures into process of wide range of operation at overseas operation, Establish of corporate governance and risk management system for global management purpose, Provide contracted internal audit service for overseas group companies. He has been a ICOFR audit committee & ICOFR QC committee member since 2007. He has been a core member of IFRS advisory service group, as well as deputy director of IFRS dept since 2008. He has been seconded to London office since 2009, as Head of EMA Global Japanese Practice. Re-seconded back to KPMG Tokyo office and appointed as head of GJP and Executive Board Member effective Oct 2013.
