Kishman Spence, joins KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (KJESS) in the capacity of Executive Director, Service Delivery effective May 4, 2020.
Kishman has over 20 years regional and international experience having worked in the Caribbean, Europe and Asia in the areas of call center operations, vendor management, training, work force, technology, back office support and business process development. His experience comes from both management of internal and external/outsourced multi sites customer touch points. He has played leading roles in establishing contact centers in Jamaica, Anguilla. St. Lucia, Trinidad and, most recently, the Philippines.
