Alessandro has almost twenty-years’ experience in tax consulting primarily for companies operating in the financial field (insurance companies, banks, SGR companies, banking associations, consortia).

Partner of the Padova office since 2015, he is now responsible for the coordination of Insurance sector within KPMG Financial Services Tax and the Financial Services Tax Group for the North-East Area.

During his many years of work experience in KPMG Alessandro has gained significant expertise in the field of taxation of entities operating in the financial sector and in particular in the following areas: direct and indirect taxes, group taxation, financial taxation, international taxation, M&A (structuring, due diligence), tax audit, capital market, tax litigation, tax processes (organization and engineering).
