Our history
The beginning of what is KPMG Iceland today, started in 1975 when three partners started their practice as a chartered accountants in Reykjavik under the name Endurskodun hf.
Today the company comprises of around 60 public chartered accountants, 17 lawyers, approximately 100 B.Sc. in business, 8 engineers and 2 economists among other specialists.
At KPMG we have an active gender equality policy which is partially reflected by the ratio of women partners, which is higher than is known with similar firms in Iceland. The general gender ratio among employees is relatively equal.
