Overview

The KPMG in India’s course in ITIL 4 ( Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundation has been developed by the Business Excellence- Technology practice of KPMG in India and aims to familiarize participants in ITIL using the ITIL framework. Designed to keep in mind by one of the leading practices by gathering ITIL best practices from multiple industries and sectors, ITIL 4 Foundation is the first publication of ITIL 4. The framework’s focus tends to be on end-to-end service management, from demand to value.

These 2 days training qualification course has tailor made examples and case studies which will help the participants to get good insights to improve the service desk delivery improvement.

1. What is the validity of ITIL4 Foundation certification? 

ITIL 4 Foundation certification does not expire and valid for lifetime.

2. Which are the cities where KPMG in India conducts ITIL4 training and certification?

We conduct ITIL certification trainings in major cities like Bangalore/Bengaluru, Delhi and NCR (Gurgaon/Gurugram, Noida), Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad. However, training can be conducted in other cities as well as long as there is a minimum count of participants.

3. What is the exam format for ITIL 4 Foundation certification?

ITIL4 Foundation certification exam is in the multiple-choice format, with 40 questions per paper. Requires a score of 60 per cent marks or more to pass. The duration of the exam is 60 minutes and is a closed book exam.

4. Do we conduct public batches or Corporate batches for this training?

We do not conduct public/open batches, we only conduct corporate batches or minimum batch size of 15 individuals.
