Overview

The COBIT® Design and Implementation certification course will give you a detailed understanding on designing and implementing an effective IT governance system and how to run governance improvement programs with COBIT 2019 programme. 

Course content:

Module 1: COBIT® 2019 basic concepts

Module 2: Design Factors for a Governance System

Module 3: Impact of Design Factors

Module 4: The Governance System Design Workflow

Module 5: Implementing and Optimising I&T Governance Overview

Module 6: Governance Implementation Lifecycle

Module 7: Key Topics Decision Matrix

Module 8: Simulation exams/Sample papers.

Course Duration- It is a  three-day, classroom-based training

Certification

Participants have to register for the official COBIT® 2019 Design and Implementation Examination on Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) website. On successful completion of the examination, they will receive the official COBIT® Design & Implementation Certification from ISACA.

Pre-Requisite- People having experience in COBIT® will be beneficial from this certificate, the certificate program supports enterprise goal achievement. Candidates must have successfully passed the COBIT® 2019 Foundation Certificate Exam to take the exam.

1. What is the validity of COBIT® Design and Implementation certification?
The COBIT® 2019 qualifications are not valid for a defined period and do not expire.
 

2. Which are the cities where KPMG in India conducts COBIT® Design and Implementation training and certification?
We conduct trainings in major cities like Bangalore/Bengaluru, Delhi and NCR (Gurgaon/Gurugram, Noida), Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Hyderabad. However, trainings can be conducted in other cities as well if there is a minimum count of participants.

3. Do we conduct public batches or Corporate batches for this training?

We do not conduct public/open batches, we only conduct corporate batches or a minimum batch size of 15 individuals.

4. What is the exam format for COBIT® Design & Implementation certification?

COBIT Design & Implementation certification exam is in the multiple-choice format, with 60 questions. Requires a score of 60 per cent marks or more to pass the exam. The duration of the exam is 180 minutes and is a closed book exam.
