Social Media has become a powerful marketing tool for almost all businesses to reach out to customers and prospects. While it brings a number of advantages and opportunities, social media also opens doors to risks which can pose serious threats to companies.  Despite umpteen examples of businesses hurting from social media risks, they are often not addressed and evaluated properly by many organisations.
