This case study outlines KPMG’s implementation experience in the HR global operations of a leading IT service organisation. The aim was to boost cost efficiency through predictive analysis approach and quantitative techniques using high maturity principles of industry models like capability maturity model integration (CMMI). The objective was met by improving the impacting process performance measures and the critical sub processes.
