As we celebrate our 25th year in India, we at KPMG are delighted to be recognised on "LinkedIn Top Companies 2018: Where India wants to work now"-- for the third year in a row.
This is important to us because our business is made successful by our people. The satisfaction our clients receive from our services is directly linked to the quality of our people, the tools and knowledge they deploy and their training. It is important therefore that we can attract the best talent and that they are motivated to stay, contribute and grow in our firm and serve our clients.
This recognition accorded to us by users of LinkedIn, professionals who seek new opportunities for advancement within or outside their organisations, is thus particularly significant to us. We are gratified to be seen as one of the best places to work in. In turn, this means we attract the best professionals to work at KPMG in India and to apply their impressive abilities every day to advance the work of our clients and communities. Our goal at KPMG is to be the ‘Clear Choice’ for extraordinary people, to be the place they want to work at, and for our clients to engage us to further their goals. This recognition from LinkedIn is an affirmation that we are doing some things right. And for that, I am thankful to and proud of my colleagues at KPMG in India.
