Biography: Meera Singh was appointed in June 2017 as the first General Counsel of KPMG in India. Meera has over 24 years of experience as a lawyer having worked in large-sized law firms in India. She was a Partner at AZB & Partners before joining KPMG in India where she headed AZB’s Capital Market and the Ethics and Compliance practice. She has vast experience of advising various high profile matters involving complex issues during her practice as a lawyer.

She is experienced in managing and leading large teams in complex transactions and matters, and providing solution-oriented advice to achieve optimal results.
