Harsha Razdan is Partner and Head – Life Sciences, Consumer Markets and Internet business at KPMG in India. He comes with over 21 years of experience across consulting and industry in APAC and Europe and has served clients in the consumer goods, agribusiness, retail, life sciences and e-commerce domains and has honed his ability to deliver results across multicultural teams and in unstructured environments. His varied experience has helped him develop a strong strategic business perspective at a global level beyond his operational experience in the industry.

He is a commercially minded consulting professional with a passion to grow businesses he partners with. Over the last two decades, he has worked with four leading multinationals: PepsiCo & Unilever in the Sales & Marketing functions, and Accenture & KPMG in Strategic business transformation. His industry experience includes five years in Sales & Market Development, and four years in Marketing. Having worked in Europe & APAC, Harsha has been a core member of the Consumer and Retail practice at a global level. 

His 12 years of advisory experience includes Business and Operating model Strategy, transformation, Strategy creation and implementation in Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain and Operational excellence, Net Revenue enhancement, Cost reduction for the enterprise and Digital transformation in Consumer Markets. His experience is a mix of MNCs where he has led pan-geography transformation programmes and Promoter led enterprises helping transition them to successful professionally run setups. Over the years, Harsha has worked with large consumer and pharma organisations and has successfully helped them in their transformation journeys and scaling up their operations.

Harsha leads the consumer markets and life sciences sector for KPMG in India, encompassing FMCG, Retail, Agriculture, Consumer Durables, E-commerce and Pharma.
