Vishnu has over 18 years of experience handling various roles in organisations delivering technology and consulting services. A consultant for more than fourteen years, his key strength is getting technology to deliver the business agenda. His overall experience spans the following sectors – automotive, financial services, manufacturing, telecom, education, IT services, IT BPO, cement, retail, healthcare, with client engagements across India, Europe, the Middle East and ASEAN.
At KPMG, Vishnu is the region lead for South India and the Middle East for the Enterprise Systems team and works closely with clients in areas such as IT transformation using ERP and digital-enabled innovation across the enterprise landscape. He has led engagements like automation of processes in business planning, procurement automation, logistics and customer processes using a variety of technologies.
His latest role as Office Managing Partner for Kochi, gets him to work with clients to bring them closer to all of KPMG in India's tax and advisory services - thereby enabling them to meet their requisite corporate mandates more efficiently.
