Sandeep Paidi is a seasoned public policy professional with over 21 years of experience in the management consulting industry across firms such as KPMG in India and Accenture. He has worked extensively with national and state governments in areas such as policy development, investment promotion, process and business reforms, citizen service delivery programs and various other strategic advisory engagements.
Sandeep is currently a Partner with the Government & Public Services (G&PS) practice at KPMG in India and leads the Health, Human & Social Services (HHSS) sub-practice. KPMG in India’s HHSS works with a broad range of government agencies, private sector participants, civil society stakeholders to help create more efficient and effective citizen service delivery at the last mile. Our work on policy and strategy development, program management, Information, Education & Communication (IEC), monitoring and evaluation, digital strategy span across various sectors as healthcare, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), rural development, livelihoods, women and child development, social and financial inclusion etc.
Sandeep is also the Office Management Partner (OMP) for our Hyderabad office, working closely with both public and private sector agencies in the region.
Sandeep is a computer science engineer and has a postgraduate degree from the London School of Economics (LSE) and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
