Nandita is a Chartered Accountant, with more than 23 years of experience in various sectors such as FMCG, retail, direct selling and consulting. As a CFO for the last nine years, she has been a leader across financial operations, strategic planning, corporate finance, controllership, green field projects, supply chain finance, and internal auditing.

As Partner and CFO at KGS India, Nandita has the responsibility of shaping the strategic direction of the firm’s finance function and driving finance and analytics, accounting, treasury, direct and indirect taxation, controllership and financial reporting.

Before coming to KGS, Nandita served as the Director of Finance, South Asia, at Kellogg’s India. In this role, she collaborated with business stakeholders to develop strategies and future plans for Kellogg’s India. She also played a crucial role in driving important business projects. She was responsible for monitoring financial and operational performance, as well as driving key financial KPIs.

Prior to joining Kellogg's, she held the position of Senior Director of Finance at Adidas. In this role, she led the Finance function for the Southeast Asia region, which included five markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Additionally, she led the financial planning and analysis function for the Asia Pacific region, which consisted of nine markets.

Her prior experience also includes stints at Avon Beauty Products, GSK, Microsoft India, Reckitt Benckiser India Ltd, and PwC.

A seasoned leader, Nandita has a notable track record in financial planning and P&L management, delivering financial KPIs consistently, and serving as the Finance Lead on key strategic projects.

Nandita lives in Delhi with her family. A proponent of wellbeing, she loves yoga and meditation. She is also a foodie and enjoys many different cuisines. Her other interests include traveling, music and movies.
