Rajeev has extensively worked with multinational and large domestic companies in setting up or rationalising business models and nationwide distribution structures. This includes cross border trade flows and setting up operations in India with a focus on the auto sector, e-commerce business and travel & hospitality sector.
Rajeev has also been involved in assignments for establishing greenfield projects in India, and has assisted in finalising business plans, negotiation with state and Central government agencies for investment incentives. Rajeev regularly assists clients in formulating methodologies to defend high-pitched tax litigation.
Over the years, he has worked closely with the Central government and various state government agencies on policy level discussions across various sectors and regulations.
