Neeraj Bansal

Neeraj has over 18 years of experience, and is closely networked with his counterparts in member firms, having worked in multiple geographies, including the U.S., the U.K., Qatar, Dubai, Poland, Turkey and Singapore. He has diligently focussed on spearheading leadership interventions that have had demonstrable and direct results anchored to business growth mandates and organisational effectiveness.

He is a regular speaker/panellist at national and international real estate and construction conferences and seminars, and regularly contributes articles in several newspapers, business magazines and television shows. Further, Neeraj has actively participated in sectoral committees and initiatives of major industry bodies and central/state government organisations in India. 

He has also conceptualised and co-authored thought leadership publications on pertinent industry issues, such as ‘Housing for All’ by 2022, land acquisition, project management, legal landscape of the Indian real estate industry and affordable housing, with various industry and government bodies such as National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA), Ministry of Statistics and Programme
Implementation (MoSPI), Project Management Institute (PMI), etc.

Neeraj manages key real estate accounts in India as well as select overseas practises. He is responsible for developing relationships with owners and professional management on these accounts. Prior to joining KPMG in India, he has worked as the head of the internal audit function for a key strategic business unit of an Indian subsidiary. In addition, he has also worked with the corporate finance and telecom practise of other large consulting firms.
