Ofer is focused on servicing companies within the technology market, specializing in the software and communications segments. Ofer has in-depth experience advising companies through the issues associated with high growth, public offerings and acquisitions. He has dealt extensively with issues associated with revenue recognition, stock compensation, SEC reporting, strategic partnering, purchase accounting, due diligence, licensing arrangements, strategic and operational risk management including development of infrastructure of controls.
