Ehud Lev

Ehud is a partner at the technology practice of KPMG Somekh Chaikin. With more than 16 years in public accounting, Ehud has extensive experience servicing emerging VC backed and public companies. Ehud is focused on servicing companies within the technological fields, specializing in the semiconductors and life science segments. Ehud has also provided service to several venture capital funds and incubators. Ehud has in-depth experience advising companies through the issues associated with high growth, public offerings and acquisitions. He has worked with young start-up companies, advising on early stage issues such as corporate structure, IP planning and stock based compensation. He has dealt extensively with issues associated with revenue recognition, fair value measurements, intangible assets, licensing arrangements, strategic and operational risk management including development of infrastructure of controls. In addition, he has supported mature companies in M&A processes and IPOs. He has dealt with numerous SEC filings, varying from IPO filings through annual reports, secondary issuances and responses to SEC comment letters. Ehud has experience with both US GAAP reports and IFRS reports. He has also supported companies by providing accounting advisory solutions, due diligence assignments and IPO readiness services.
