Nigel is a Chartered Surveyor and the Managing Director of KMCS, bringing more than 35 years of cost and project management experience to a wide range of European and US projects.

He combines his Managing Director role with the delivery of a number of major projects for KMCS’s clients. He focuses on the front-end feasibility, procurement strategy, resourcing and project management elements of these projects.

Nigel has developed close ties with US multi-national corporations mainly based on the West Coast over the past 25 years. A core element of this hinges on deep friendships forged with clients, many of whom are real estate executives and supporting them as their careers have grown and diversified.

    Strategic advice on master planning their introduction to Ireland, both regionally and centrally supporting R+D facilities, Call Centres and EMEA HQ in Dublin.
  • Lansdowne Road Stadium Redevelopment
    Director responsible for the cost management on development of 51,000 seat new build stadium. Preparation of procurement strategy and amended GDLA contract form.
  • Beacon South Quarter, Sandyford, Dublin 18
    Beacon Mall including Private Hospital, Apart Hotel, commercial, residential and retail master plan and advice on procurement strategy and contract issues.
