Colm Rogers

Colm advises a broad range of clients (including many public companies) on Irish and international tax matters. He has extensive experience of advising on the structuring of business operations, financing transactions, intellectual property planning, mergers and acquisitions, inbound/ outbound expansion and property transactions. His clients include industrial companies, privately owned businesses and banks. Colm also leads our Irish restructuring tax practice and has extensive experience of the tax issues to be addressed on the unwind or restructuring of businesses and property transactions.
