Colm O'Rourke

Colm is an audit and assurance director in the Aviation Finance practice. He has over 12 years experience in providing audit and transaction related services to clients across financial services with a particular emphasis on the aviation finance and leasing sector. He has been involved in the listing of securities by aircraft lessors and has extensive experience in supporting clients with mergers and acquisitions. Colm has particular experience in the provision of IFRS, US GAAP/GAAS and SOX work for clients.
