Laurence is Head of KPMG in Galway and has over 16 years of experience providing financial statement audit and related assurance services. His client base ranges from significant subsidiaries of SEC filers, significant subsidiaries of European listed entities and medium and large privately owned Irish Groups.
Laurence is also an Adjunct Professor in Accounting and Finance at NUI Galway, from which he is a graduate, and is Editor of the publication “Irish Taxation: Law and Practice”. He has previously lectured for the Irish Taxation Institute and on the Master of Accounting programme and the Bachelor of Commerce programme at NUI Galway and the UCD Master of Accounting Tax Summer School programme. Laurence was also an external examiner at NUI Galway and the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
