Janis is Head of Culture & Change (HR) for KPMG and leads the hiring of experienced professionals across the Dublin and regional offices. With over 14 years' HR and Recruitment experience, she and her team execute all aspects of recruitment for professional and support roles in KPMG. Janis and her team are part of the overall Resourcing team which have received many awards including Graduate Recruiter of the Year, Best Internship Programme and Best Graduate Training & Development Programme and Diversity Recruiter.
