David Duffy

David is a partner in KPMG’s indirect tax practice. He has over 15 years’ experience advising clients on Irish and international VAT issues across all major sectors, including financial services, digital and technology, real estate and transport. David is also the head of KPMG’s Global Indirect Tax Policy Group which provides insights to the KPMG global network and its clients on indirect tax policy developments. He is a member of the European Commission’s VAT Expert Group and the Indirect Tax Subcommittee of the Irish Tax Administration Liaison Committee (TALC).
