Kevin Cohen

Kevin is a tax partner with over 18 years experience advising clients across a wide range of sectors. He focuses on domestic and international corporate tax matters including group restructuring, acquisitions/disposals, refinancing and owner manager-related issues. Kevin leads KPMG's Automatic Exchange of Information practice in Ireland covering FATCA, CRS and EU DAC II reporting and is also country lead for Ireland on KPMG's Global Compliance Management Services (“GCMS”) network.
