Following our publication in November 2015 regarding the New Fixed Asset Revaluation Tax Incentives, the Government issued a revised regulation which became effective on 15 October 2015.

It accommodates input from business and professional associations, relaxing the requirements to transfer or sell revalued assets without penalties and the adding the requirement to include the revaluation increment in the notes to the financial statements.
