Abraham leads a group of managers and staff providing tax and customs services to some of the firm’s major multinational and domestic clients. He has extensive experience with the full range of Indonesian tax issues, including corporate income tax, related party transactions, cross border transactions, treatment of funding arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, special tax regimes, VAT and employee taxes.

Abraham provides tax planning and general tax advice to a number of multinational companies in a variety of industries including insurance, power generation, telecommunications, ports, toiletries, plantation, construction and food and beverages. He specializes in performing tax diagnostic reviews and structuring advice with respect to mergers and acquisitions as well as assisting clients to go for listing on Indonesian stock market.
