Foreign investments related to strategic companies (operating in the form of Kft., Zrt. or Nyrt.) are subject to a declaration and ministerial acknowledgement until the end of 2020 (Act No. LVIII. of 2020). Our new vba macro-based solution helps identify these strategic activities by TEÁOR codes, thus simplifying the time consuming manual process. You only have to open the company register on the official and free www.e-cegjegyzek.hu website, then open the Excel which inserts the necessary data automatically.
