Árpád has a demonstrated professional track record in managing complex company and project valuation engagements in various industries. In the past 15 years he managed over 200 valuations and financial advisory related assignments in the following industries: real estate, energy, transportation, telecommunications, manufacturing, agriculture and healthcare.
During his career he managed a full range of complex valuation issues in the context of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financing transactions, reorganizations, privatizations, joint ventures and disputes.
Árpád also has significant experience in advising clients in their negotiations with banks and presenting projects to potential equity partners. Árpád has worked on engagements in more than fifteen European countries and the Middle East.
Árpád graduated from the Johns Hopkins University in Washington D.C with an MA in economics.
