András has over 10 years of experience in planning, delivering and managing program and policy evaluations (ex ante, mid-term, ex post, thematic and meta evaluations) and business impact assessments. He is knowledgeable in the design and efficient implementation of state-of-the-art quantitative and qualitative evaluation tools (including theory based and counterfactual impact evaluations). He has managed and delivered multiple evaluations in international context, covering 13 European countries and the European Commission (DG REGIO, AGRI, SANTÉ). He has a thorough understanding of how European funds are used under Cohesion Policy and Common Agricultural Policy, with in-depth sector-specific experience related to enterprise support, R&D and rural development. He has a Master’s in Economics and a Master’s in International Management.
