Mihály has joined KPMG in 2005 and leading the transfer pricing practice as of October 2012. He is a certified Tax Advisor and graduated as an economist. He gained significant experience with respect to providing Transfer Pricing related tax services to multinational companies, transfer pricing compliance and consulting services, planning and restructuring advisory and regularly represents clients before the Tax Authority. He also frequently participates in tax investigations, assist in lawsuits and successfully coordinated APA procedures
He has transfer pricing experience from several industries and detailed knowledge of transfer pricing issues relevant for the technology, automotive, financial and energy sector.
Mihály acts as presenter on the transfer pricing workshop on KPMG’s Annual Tax Conference. Additionally, he had publications in International Transfer Pricing Journal concerning the Hungarian transfer pricing regime.
