Why this matter?
Legal persons that do not register may suffer negative consequences due to untimely information on the status of court proceedings and / or expiration of deadlines in court proceedings to which they are parties.
What does e-Communication with courts involve?
The e-Communication system includes:

—sending submissions and attachments
to the court
—receipt of court documents
—remote insight into court cases
How to access e-Communication?
In order to access the system of electronic communication with the courts, all legal persons must take the following 3 steps:
I.Enter the legal person’s official e-mail address in the Court Register of the competent Commercial Court;
II.Apply to be registered in the e-Communication system of the Ministry of Justice;
III.Meet the technical preconditions (i.e. obtain electronic credentials and signature certificate, register within the internal register of the Ministry of Justice).
