KPMG in Gibraltar
Micky is Head of Advisory Services and Business Development for the Isle of Man and Gibraltar offices and, as such, splits her time between those two offices. She commenced her career in accountancy with Arthur Andersen in Manchester, and subsequently spent 3 years as an HR consultant in the UK. Micky joined KPMG in the Isle of Man in 1997 as an auditor and went on to manage our accounting department, before moving to Advisory in 2003 to specialise in HR-related fields. She has a wealth of experience in providing clients with support in the areas of compensation and benefits, development and coaching, outplacement services, and executive assessment and recruitment, and was Head of People & Change for the KPMG Islands Group from October 2012 to September 2014. Micky led our Gibraltar office as Managing Director from April 2013, handing over to Jon Tricker when he joined the firm in July 2015. In June 2015, she took on the role of President of the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce, a two year appointment. Micky works with clients across a range of sectors but is especially focused on eBusiness – as organiser of the KPMG eGaming Summits and eSummits, she has developed extensive relationships and knowledge in the eGaming sector in particular.
