Enjoy diverse challenges and share your ideas with other bright minds.
KPMG is a place where the curious come together. A place where you’ll enjoy diverse challenges and share your ideas with other bright minds to help to deliver innovative approaches.
Audit is all about examining organisations and ensuring their published accounts provide a 'true and fair' view of their financial position. As an auditor, you'll help to build the confidence and trust that business and society need to thrive. If you'd like to get under the skin of a variety of organisations, this is the right place to be.
Like the companies we audit, we're having to adapt. This means new working patterns, physical adjustments in our offices and new ways of interacting with our colleagues as well as the organisations we work with – we’re harnessing technology to help underpin this change.
As a graduate here, you'll have the resources and support you need to handle each audit engagement with confidence. You'll work as part of a team and may spend time on-site at the companies you're auditing, in virtual or hybrid forms of audit delivery. From the start, you'll be working on complex projects alongside some of the brightest minds in business and benefit from learning every day. It’s intellectually challenging, but in return for all your hard work, you can also look forward to thorough ongoing internal and external training as you'll study for the ACA qualification.
The ACA training is a three-year contract during which time trainees follow the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) exam path to become qualified. Once you’re qualified, there are so many different opportunities available. The ACA qualification is recognised and respected worldwide. Our qualified ACAs who’ve stayed working in the audit have gone on to become Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners at KPMG in Gibraltar.
Some have moved departments to Tax and Advisory, progressing through the management chain to the top. Many qualified ACAs have since left KPMG and become the Finance Directors of large and small Companies, locally and worldwide.
