Invitation to participate in the Future of HR Survey
KPMG is gathering insights to better understand how the HR function is changing, what the plans and top investments are, and how HR is navigating the ever-changing world of work.
This year, the survey focuses on the following topics:
— Approaching digital disruption
— Exploring today’s enabling technologies
— Building the HR organization of the future
— Preparing today’s workforce for the future (workforce planning)
— Navigating employee experience and culture
— Driving insights through workforce analytics.
The survey should take no longer than 15–20 minutes to complete.
The survey will close end of business day on Friday, August 2, 2019.
About the survey
Research that has been conducted for 22 years, frequently evolving to truly capture the challenges and opportunities of today and tomorrow.
Last year, over 1,200 HR executives from more than 60 countries participated in the Future of HR survey and we are looking forward to another great campaign exploring what the future holds in store for HR across the globe.
