KPMG Finland assisted a Finnish listed company with the first-ever Bilateral APA between USA and Finland

We are proud to announce that KPMG Finland assisted a Finnish listed company with major US operations in the first-ever Finland-USA Bilateral Advance Pricing Agreement, signed and concluded on April, 2022. Agreement covers specified transactions including IP valuation. KPMG Finland together with our US colleagues were involved throughout the process. The process with IRS and Finnish competent authority started with the pre-filing meetings in May-June 2018.
