The goal of the cooperation is to ensure the success of a customer's transformation project.
KPMG, which is one of the world's leading business management, finance, strategy, information security and technology consulting service providers and Innofactor, the leading driver of the modern digital organization in the Nordic Countries, will start cooperation in Finland. The goal of the cooperation is to ensure the success of a customer's transformation project by offering Finland's leading services and solutions from strategy to implementation in one place.
Services and solutions to be offered through the cooperation:
Additionally, KPMG and Innofactor can provide the customers with services and solutions for a modern employee experience and secure cloud infrastructure, based on the Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
The key benefits the cooperation offers for the customer are decreasing project risks and making customer transactions easier as, instead of many partnerships, the customer can handle the entire project, from strategy to delivery, maintenance and development, in one place. Additionally, the customer will have access to the leading knowledge on the field in Finland, the Nordic countries and globally.
KPMG's leading global expertise in consulting for financial management and business development enables an efficient visioning and planning of the customer's system solution in accordance with regulations. Additionally, KPMG is one of the leading Microsoft Dynamics partners globally, which enables local support in different countries, and continuous maintenance services cost-efficiently. The KPMG experts ensure that the entire system will be built in accordance with the field-specific needs, laws and regulations.
We are happy about the strategic cooperation we are starting with Innofactor in order to produce added value to customers both locally and globally. Customer needs have changed, and the markets demand new type of services to support business transformations. It is important to combine the strategy, processes and technology into one whole. Also the scalability of the services for different customer target groups is important," says KPMG’s Head of Business Technology, Tomi Nevasoja.
Strong local technological expertise to the cooperation is brought by Innofactor, which has established its place as the leading provider of Microsoft software solutions in the Finnish and Nordic markets. Innofactor was one of the first providers of Microsoft's cloud-based ERP system in the Nordic countries and constantly develops its business operations to match the customers' changing needs. Recently, Innofactor has delivered several large customer relationship management and financial management system projects.
I am excited about being able to combine our forces with KPMG in implementing cloud-based business solutions and information security for our customers. Innofactor's leading Nordic know-how of Microsoft solutions and strong ability to deliver locally and KPMG's world class know-how in strategy and processes complement each other splendidly. Together we can offer Finland's leading services in business transformation, from strategy to implementation, to both locally and globally operating companies," says Innofactor's CEO Sami Ensio.
