Abdel Hadi has 22years of experience serving primarily financial services institutions including commercial banks, investment banks, community banks, insurance companies, financial companies and mutual funds both in Egypt and the United States. As an audit partner, Abdel Hadi has overall responsibility for managing the audit and is also responsible for most other aspects of the engagement including overseeing the resolution of technical accounting issues, managing client service expectations, liaising with executive management and resource management. From August 2005 to March 2007, Abdel Hadi joined KPMG’s financial services practice in San Francisco, California, United States of America. While in the Unites States, Abdel Hadi participated in many integrated audit engagements for a variety of SEC financial services institutions including banks and insurance companies. Abdel Hadi also participated in major Transactions and Restructuring and securitization transactions to a number of financial services clients.
