Raul is the leading data scientist at KPMG Tallinn's Center of Excellence Lighthouse and is responsible for data analysis within the company, as well as for providing data-based services to customers (read more at www.andmeanalüütika.ee).

As an analyst and programmer, Raul has created and implemented automated tracking systems and BI (Business Intelligence) solutions, automated the financial reporting pipeline of companies with an international reach, and performed source code checks of autonomus algorithms. With these and other innovative technologies, Raul has helped KPMG customers to identify and recover hundreds of thousands and millions of underserved revenues.

The main areas of Raul's experience are digital expertise, information security consulting, data collection and analysis for research, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and programming for data analysis and machine learning, market analysis, regulation, and monitoring in various industries and sectors, including the infrastructure and transport sectors.

Prior to joining the KPMG team, Raul worked in the public sector for 20 years as a market regulator, supervisor official, forensic investigator, and computer forensic examiner in the most technically complex cases. Raul has international experience at the European Commission DG IV (DG Comp), the Ministry of Economic and EU Affairs of the Land of Brandenburg, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labor of the Federal Republic of Germany, and the Danish Competition Authority.

Raul is a member of the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners (ISFCE) and is an experienced and frequent speaker to national and international audiences.
