Osama has over 9 years’ experience in providing audit and other assurance services with a focus on alternative investment fund and financial services sector.
He has a wide range of experience auditing funds and companies in accordance with IFRS, FRS 102 and US GAAP as well as companies listed on the London Stock Exchange and other European exchanges. He works extensively on cross jurisdictional audits with KPMG member firms located across the world.
His client portfolio includes Park Square Capital, Development Partners International, Montana Capital Partners, UBS - Stripes, Deutsche Services (CI), NB Global Monthly Income Fund, db ETC entities, CQS – New City High Yield Fund and Vietnam Holding Limited.
