In 2017, Catherine started working with KPMG in Isle of Man on a wide range of restructuring matters predominantly in the financial services and property sectors including both formal and informal insolvency proceedings, managed exits and corporate simplification projects covering various jurisdictions. Following the merger with KPMG in the Channel Islands, Catherine’s main focus is now insolvency proceedings and summary winding up of Jersey companies and voluntary liquidations (both solvent and insolvent) in Guernsey.
