Sufyan Khan

Sufyan has extensive experience of auditing large private equity funds and global banks. He has in-depth knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, valuation audit under IPEV guidelines and PCAOB reporting for investment and commercial banks with global footprints. He also has a strong background of auditing financial reporting processes and internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) under Sarbanes-Oxley compliance framework.

Sufyan also has significant experience in other industries including real estate, telecommunications, broker dealer and fintech. In addition to his primary Audit role, Sufyan has been involved in providing accounting and financial reporting related Advisory services to a number of clients.

During his time in London, Sufyan has been involved in audit transitions of high-profile global banks, where he led the transitions at a global level covering operations for investment banking, corporate banking and global treasury.
