Emma has nearly 20 years’ service at the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, predominantly as a supervisor of investment licensees and collective investment schemes, including 4 years as Director of the Investment Supervision and Policy Division, and more recently as Director of Authorisations and Innovation.

As a member of the GFSC’s Executive Committee she has been party to the introduction of the majority of the Commission’s policy but in particular led the Commission’s response to the EU’s AIFMD ensuring the jurisdiction was able to continue to use the NPPR without disruption.

In her role at KPMG, Emma’s  extensive regulatory knowledge allows her to assist private sector clients with a range of services, including pre onsite-visit preparation, application reviews, change of control / acquisition reviews, post-acquisition integration plan reviews and governance reviews.
