TDC has automated a large number of processes previously outsourced to partners in, among other places, India. TDC has used Intelligent Automation to backsource processes related to customer payments – instead employees in Denmark now work with a robot. The company has created an "end-to-end" solution, where a series of processes are thought through from end-to-end, and with just one robot, TDC has saved 10 full time employees.
